Christos Charalambous CFA is the lead investment strategist at CSQR. Christos has a strong macroeconomic and equity research background; after 16 years of experience in asset and wealth management (State Street Global Advisors, Nomura Asset Management, Edge Wealth Management). He has spent most of his career advising institutional portfolio managers, private wealth advisors and high net worth clients. Christos has a proven ability to turn a vast amount of fundamental information into high conviction and excellent risk reward investment ideas (cross-asset and individual securities). Apart from equity and industry fundamental research, Christos focuses on the likely shifts in macro narratives; while assessing the likely impact on various asset classes, industries and individual corporations.

CSQR publishes a monthly market outlook, ad hoc investment commentary and stock specific research. The ultimate goal is to provide intuitive investment research that skews the odds in our favor; as we seek asymmetric investment opportunities.

The architectural practice of Theo. David Architects, is headed by Theoharis David, FAIA, principal. Mr. David, a Professor of Architecture at Pratt Institute, Brooklyn, enjoys an international reputation as an architect and educator. The practice established in 1984 has acquired a broad range of experience in the United States and abroad. Its architecture has received design awards at city, state national levels. Projects executed in the New York Metropolitan area have ranged from sophisticated medical facilities, to private residences, churches, commercial and corporate interiors, retail space design, and the restoration and upgrading of historical buildings, in addition to low and medium rise urban housing.

The practice has also undertaken feasibility studies in the United States and internationally which in addition to design issues addressed economic, planning, programming and zoning factors. Through the international office, Theo. David has designed corporate educational facilities, public schools, civic structures, athletic stadium complexes, industrial structures and residential neighborhoods. The practice has developed comprehensive master plans for extensive private housing and tourism developments in Cyprus, the Middle East and West Africa.

Cypriot-American Composer/Bassist Alexi David born in Nicosia, Cyprus grew up in Park Slope Brooklyn.  He is a graduate of the New School University with a Degree in Contemporary Music and Jazz.  His group Alexi David's Patriot Act has created the first fusion of jazz with the Rembetika music of Greece.  Also adept on bouzouki, baglama and piano, he is a scholar of the music of Charles Mingus and has worked with Terry Waldo, Jose James, piano legend Junior Mance and many others.  He was a featured bassist and vocalist in the Off Broadway hit "Old Hats" with music written by Nellie McCay.  He is her regular bassist and has toured with her through the USA.  Alexi has also performed and toured in Canada and Europe including Cyprus.  He is currently hard at work researching forgotten and never performed Charles Mingus compositions for upcoming shows.  He lives in New York City with two cats and be found at alexidavid.com

Michael Hadjiloucas is a Tax Partner with nearly 20 years experience.  He serves both domestic and international companies with tax, entity formation, acquisitions, reorganization and due diligence, as wel as partnership transactions, inbound and outbound transactions, and taxation of foreign entities.  Michael has extensive experience with review of corporate, partnership, individual and tax-exempt entity tax returns and representation at Federal and State audits. In addition, he is one of the firm’s experts in preparation and review of tax provisions-ASC740 (FAS 109) and Uncertain Tax Positions (FIN 48).

Prior to joining the firm, Michael was with a Big-4 accounting firm for 10 years where he started out as a senior associate, rising to the level of senior tax manager.  In this role, he was part of the Financial Group that handled audit and tax banking clients and also various other industries including technology, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing, as well as foundations and service organizations.

Michael earned his B.B.A. in Accounting from Baruch College and his M.ST. from Seton Hall University.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).

Legal/Corporate Management.   Seaward was established in 1986 and provides a unique combination of specialized services, including international tax planning, and incorporation and management of international corporate structures for individual and corporate clients worldwide.  Seaward was  one of the first Cypriot service providers to set-up and manage holding and investment structures in Russia, and the NIS, on behalf of major U.S. investment funds, and in 1999 it became the first Cypriot service provider to list a foreign public company on the Cyprus Stock Exchange.   While maintaining its traditional scope of services, Seaward set-ups and administers multi-jurisdictional corporate structures out of its offices in Cyprus.

Margaret Louise Skourlis graduated the top of her Master of Business Administration Class with Beta Gamma Sigma Honors in 2010. Her various degrees include: Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Master in Political Science, American Bar Association Paralegal Certification, and Master of Business Administration^[4] from Long Island University C. W. Post Campus.^[5] She has studied abroad and completed the D.I.A.S. International program twice.^[6]

Michael currently serves as an Assistant District Attorney in the Richmond County District Attorney's Office from September 2016 through the present, assigned to the Trials Bureau where he prosecuted violent felony offenses. He previously served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx County District Attorney's Office from March 2011 through August 2016 where he was assigned to the Criminal Court Bureau, the Intake Bureau, and the Trials Bureau.

In 1995, Iacovos Zachariades founded Global Reach Internet Productions, which quickly grew to be one of the leading web development firms in the Midwest – consistently delivering results to over 1,000 clients through a drive for excellence and innovation.  

After receiving his elementary teaching certificate in Cyprus, Mr. Zachariades moved to Iowa and spent a year earning the remainder of his Elementary Education bachelor's degree from Luther College. While there, he decided to take two computer science courses.  As it turned out, the seemingly innocuous decision changed his life. Mr. Zachariades discovered an affinity for computers that led him to Iowa State's Curriculum and Instructional Technology program.  Before establishing Global Reach, Mr. Zachariades managed several of Iowa State University’s academic computer labs and taught web design and educational media courses.  In fact, quite a few people who work for the Ankeny Community School District have taken courses with Mr. Zachariades.
 
In addition to overseeing Global Reach’s operations and acquisitions, Mr. Zachariades specializes in business process and continuity design, product development, security analysis, and technical training.
